Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management solution, which will give you full control over your email mailboxes and mail campaigns. With this easy-to-handle user interface, you can create a new mailbox in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. Moreover, you can redirect emails from one e-mail box account to another, finetune email filters, set up autoresponders and shield your e-mailboxes against unsolicited bulk messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your email box accounts against spam e-mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unrequested email messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given e-mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtering your incoming electronic mail messages according to specific criteria defined by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly set up an e-mail filter for any of your mail accounts and define the mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming mails from one mailbox to another, or even to several other email box accounts. Just specify the electronic mail account you would like to forward electronic mails from, then select the destination email box and select if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your choice to access your electronic mail accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox you want to set up on your desktop PC or mobile phone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email box will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple mailboxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to read and our system will do the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
